The hotel's location near the railway station made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city. We felt safe in the area and enjoyed the bustling shopping scene on Main Bazaar. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, with all the necessary facilities such as LCD TVs and air conditioning. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money, as the prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident. The hot showers provided a much-needed respite after a long day of sightseeing.
Everything was satisfactory - no improvements necessary.

Good hot showers and breakfast, excellent location for Christmas shopping and exploring.
The room was cramped, dirty and had a sour smell that didn't go away. the wifi was so sporadic that we couldn't even check our emails.

Convenient location near a major transportation hub and popular market area. Neat and well-maintained rooms with free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Helpful staff made it easy to book tours through a travel agency.
Check-in was delayed and the room did not match the advertised photos. The room lacked a window, making it stuffy and humid. Limited hot water and no air conditioning caused discomfort in the room.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with basic amenities and very hot showers. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast served here is also worth mentioning, as it is delicious and satisfying.

We loved this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, convenient location close to the railway station, metro station, and main bazar. We enjoyed exploring the nearby tourist attractions like Jama Masjid and the Red Fort. The hotel facilities were great and we appreciate that the hotel provided hot water to make tea.

Location wise, the hotel is convenient as it's walking distance from the New Delhi railway station and Rama Krishna metro station. the hotel is located right on the main Bazaar, making it easy to access the bustling shopping street. the room was clean, with a flat screen TV and a clean washroom.
